Job Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years
Completion of paid training program
Must meet FAA medical certification standards
Ability to pass background and security checks
Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC office
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in English language

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a flight attendant or in customer service preferred
Ability to meet FAA safety and medical requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively
Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally

Job Duties

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board
Provide excellent in-flight service on long-haul flights
Adhere to all FAA and international regulations
Work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and passenger briefings
Respond promptly and effectively to in-flight emergencies
Assist passengers with special needs and ensure their comfort
