Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid passport for international flights
Willingness to travel frequently
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
Basic knowledge of safety and first aid procedures

Job Duties

Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care
Respond to and provide clear and accurate directions to passengers
Prepare, serve, and sell beverages including alcohol and meals
Answer questions and assist passengers when necessary, particularly those with special needs
Actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers when an aircraft experiences delays or hits turbulence
