Job Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a medical examination
Willingness to complete FAA-mandated training
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Customer service experience is a plus
Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Valid FAA qualifications or willingness to complete training
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours and irregular schedules
