Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must possess a valid United States or foreign passport with applicable VISAs
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Satisfactory 10-year background history including criminal background
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to always comply with company uniform and grooming standards and have no visible tattoos or piercings other than ears
- Maintain professionalism and composure
- Competent in mathematics, reading comprehension, listening, evaluating new information and effective communication

Job Duties
- Ensure safety standards on board are met and passengers comply with applicable FAA and company regulations and policies
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist passengers while on board while representing CommuteAir and United Airlines
- Complete necessary checklists, paperwork, and reports as outlined in the Flight Attendant Manual
- Communicate effectively with pilots and ground crew to ensure efficient and safe operation of flights
- Be prepared to handle an emergency at any time during a flight
- Comply with company policies as outlined in the Flight Attendant Manual and Employee Handbook
- Perform other duties as assigned within the Collective Bargaining Agreement
