Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in training program management or related aviation training roles
- Strong understanding of logistics and scheduling
- Ability to build relationships with team members and all levels of management
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and training excellence
- Knowledge of company policies, FAA regulations, and training compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, and WebEx
- Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating training sessions
- Ability to learn and navigate proprietary company software systems
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including holidays and weekends
- Experience working in a union environment preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Oversees and maintains courseware in compliance with Flight Operations Training Manual, Training Standards, Policies and Procedures Manual, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborates with Ground Instructors on curriculum development and training module enhancements
- Monitors industry trends and attends relevant conferences to integrate best practices into training programs
- Partners with Training Capacity and Crew Capacity teams to schedule Trainees and Trainers for training courses, Initial Operating Experience, Annual Operating Experience, and Return to Work programs
- Facilitates safety training through Flight Safety and external partners
- Manages and mentors Flight Attendant Training Specialists, supporting their professional growth and expanding their responsibilities
- Ensures training programs align with NetJets high safety and service standards
- Assists with Training and Standards and Flight Operations projects, including manual development and strategic initiatives
- Conducts internal and external training audits to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies
- Maintains accurate training records using the FOX software system and approved training program documentation
- Works closely with Flight Operations, Scheduling, and other key departments to ensure alignment between training and operational needs
- Supports initiatives to enhance Flight Attendant training and professional development
- Provides insights and recommendations to improve training effectiveness and efficiency
