Job Requirements
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED is required
- authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel internationally
- must have a valid driver license and good driving record
- must have valid passport
- must understand, read, and write English
- must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug and alcohol testing
- able to pass a 10-year work history review
- able to submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks
- must complete Contour Airlines' four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program
- ability to adjust to rotating schedules including up to 16-hour duty days
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- must possess polished interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
- must have strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Qualifications
- Must be 23 years of age or older

- authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
- must have a valid driver license and good driving record
- must have valid passport
- must understand, read, and write English
- bilingual is preferred but not required
- ability to adjust to a rotating schedule with variable hours that could include up to a 16-hour duty day

Job Duties
- Perform required work duties in an aircraft environment
- perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations
- actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers
- provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
- provide assistance lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins or other storage areas and solicit assistance when needed
- attend to individuals needing assistance throughout aircraft operations
- prepare and serve meals, snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- maintain professional appearance
- respond during emergency situations by effectively implementing instructions from the flight deck and following required safety and emergency procedures
- guide or direct passengers during emergency situations to minimize impact and protect passengers and crew
- provide emergency medical assistance, including performing CPR and basic first aid
- ensure the aircraft and passengers are in full compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and safety measures
- effectively communicate verbally to make onboard public address announcements, complete safety demonstrations, and provide instruction to others
- communicate in writing to complete paperwork and detailed reports regarding incidents or discrepancies
- retrieve and store items in overhead bins
- exposure to allergens such as peanuts and pets
- open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 60 pounds
- push and pull heavy beverage/food carts
- perform tasks requiring walking, bending, reaching above shoulder level
- use all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment system unsupervised
- maintain the appearance of the aircraft's cabin, galley, and lavatory
- practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- comply with other tasks as assigned by management or Pilot-in-Command
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
