Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
- Ability to work on-site in Mesa, AZ
- Must be able to handle safety and hospitality tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to obtain catering from external sources
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to comply with FAA regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience in aviation or private aviation customer service
- Ability to provide high-level hospitality and inflight service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to multitask and manage diverse roles onboard
- Training completion of Part 135 Flight Attendant program provided by NetJets
Job Duties
- Responsible for the safety of all Owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin
- Performs interior preflight, greets Owners/passengers and briefs them on the specific aircraft features, provides safety briefings
- Must be willing to obtain catering from outside sources when necessary
- Must deliver in-flight service including the handling of alcohol, service of catering, preparing beds and following detailed owner notes and profiles
- Acts as a liaison for Owners/passengers and NetJets from the time the Owners/passengers arrive at the FBO until they have safely landed at their destination
- Responsible for properly communicating any cabin maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Pilot in Command
