Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
  • Ability to work on-site in Mesa, AZ
  • Must be able to handle safety and hospitality tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to obtain catering from external sources
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Ability to comply with FAA regulations and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in aviation or private aviation customer service
  • Ability to provide high-level hospitality and inflight service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and manage diverse roles onboard
  • Training completion of Part 135 Flight Attendant program provided by NetJets

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the safety of all Owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin
  • Performs interior preflight, greets Owners/passengers and briefs them on the specific aircraft features, provides safety briefings
  • Must be willing to obtain catering from outside sources when necessary
  • Must deliver in-flight service including the handling of alcohol, service of catering, preparing beds and following detailed owner notes and profiles
  • Acts as a liaison for Owners/passengers and NetJets from the time the Owners/passengers arrive at the FBO until they have safely landed at their destination
  • Responsible for properly communicating any cabin maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Pilot in Command
