Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Must be twenty-one years of age
- Body size must fit specific aircraft dimensions without modification
- Ability to work varying hours including day night weekdays weekends and holidays
- Must be extremely flexible and able to adjust to rapid changes
- Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty
- Must be able to work long duty hours up to fourteen hours per day for up to eight days
- Must be able to stay away from home for seven or more days and nights in hotels
- Must secure appropriate airport authority and US Customs security badges
- Must pass TSA background screening
- Must have valid passport for international travel without restrictions
- Must have valid state driver's license
- Must speak read write and understand English fluently
- Must be service-oriented with neat well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to exert physical force as required
- Must be able to work around animals and handle pet-related duties
- Must be able to conduct flights for owners who smoke
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's preferred with focus on hospitality customer service business or culinary skills
- Related work experience in customer service culinary service industry aviation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in personal computing including MS Office
- Must be twenty-one years of age
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills especially under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to make quick and accurate decisions while paying attention to detail
- Must maintain flight attendant certification and FAA requirements post-hire
- Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 flight attendant training program
Job Duties
- Responsible for safety of all owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin
- Comply with flight attendant manual
- service procedures checklist standard operating procedures
- Perform interior preflight
- Greet owners and passengers
- Provide safety briefings
- Be subject matter expert of onboard safety entertainment and comfort features
- Obtain catering from outside sources when necessary
- Deliver in-flight service including alcohol handling and catering service
- Prepare beds
- Follow detailed owner notes and profiles
- Ensure cabin baggage is properly stowed
- Conduct flights for owners with pets and smokers
- Work in team crew environment
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance
- Act as liaison for owners passengers and NetJets from arrival to final departure
- Communicate cabin maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to pilot in command
- Complete paperwork associated with inventory management passdowns and crew reports
- Other duties as assigned
