Job Requirements
- Must be twenty-one years of age
- must meet specific body size requirements for aircraft dimensions (jump seat, harness, cabin aisle, emergency exit)
- must be able to work varying hours including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- must be adaptable to rapid changes
- must manage rest to be prepared for flight duty
- must be able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally
- must be able to work around animals and handle pet care during flights
- must be able to conduct flights for owners who smoke
- must have neat and well-groomed appearance
- must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills under pressure
- must be able to make quick and accurate decisions
- must have a valid passport and driver's license
- must be able to secure necessary security clearances
- must pass TSA background checks
- must complete NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, culinary, aviation, or related fields
- bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality, business, or culinary skills
- excellent verbal communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- fluency in English
- valid state driver's license
- valid passport for international travel
- ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
- ability to maintain flight attendant certification and FAA requirements
- ability to pass TSA background screening
Job Duties
- Responsible for the safety of all owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin
- comply with Flight Attendant Manual, Service Procedures Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures
- perform interior preflight, greet owners/passengers and brief them on aircraft features
- provide safety briefings and be a subject matter expert on onboard safety, entertainment, and comfort
- obtain catering from outside sources when necessary
- deliver in-flight service including handling alcohol, serving catering, preparing beds, and following owner notes and profiles
- ensure cabin baggage is properly stowed
- conduct flights for owners with pets and those who smoke
- work in a team/crew environment and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance
- act as liaison for owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at FBO until departure from final FBO
- properly communicate cabin maintenance abnormalities to Pilot in Command
- complete paperwork associated with inventory management, passdowns, and crew reports
- perform other duties as assigned
