Job Requirements

Be at least 21 years old
high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
strong communication skills
able to pass background checks and FAA safety standards
physically able to perform flight attendant duties
willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
customer service experience preferred
CPR and first aid certification a plus
ability to pass FAA mandated safety training

Job Duties

Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers
provide excellent customer service
sell food and beverages
adhere to all FAA and company policies
assist with boarding and deplaning
manage passenger needs during flight
respond effectively to in-flight emergencies
