Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Must be able to pass FAA mandated medical and background checks
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during flights
  • Must complete paid training successfully
  • Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis, IN for on-site position

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a flight attendant or in customer service within the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to passenger safety
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board
  • Provide excellent in-flight service on long-haul flights
  • Adhere to all FAA and international regulations
  • Work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Assist passengers with special needs and requests
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and respond to emergencies
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin
