Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual fluency in English and a target language
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide culturally sensitive customer service
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
Previous experience in customer service or aviation is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

Make in-flight public address announcements in your designated language
Provide culturally attuned customer service to international passengers
Assist passengers with completing customs and immigration documents
Provide translation support during in-flight medical or security emergencies
Execute all standard pre-flight and in-flight duties including cabin safety and premium meal service
Maintain a secure and comfortable cabin environment
Support team communication and collaboration during flights
