Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older at time of application
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Two or more years of college preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Clear, concise, and loud verbal communication capability
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to read and speak Hebrew fluently
  • Ability to hear all sound ranges
  • Able to communicate effectively in high-stress situations
  • Professional grooming and adherence to uniform policies
  • No offensive tattoos and restricted tattoo areas
  • No decorative oral jewelry
  • Ability to operate phones, tablets, and laptops
  • Possession of valid passport with 18 months remaining validity
  • Ability to travel globally without restrictions
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach, lift up to 250 lbs, and push heavy carts
  • Ability to sit in jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened
  • Must serve and sell food and beverages professionally
  • Legally authorized to work in U.S
  • Willingness to work 24/7 operations including holidays
  • Completion of water evacuation drill in training
  • Pass DOT drug screening and background checks
  • Pass FAA hearing and vision standards
  • No medical or recreational marijuana use due to federal regulations
  • Must pass 10-year background check
  • Meet Federal Aviation Administration hearing and vision requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • At least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, teaching, aviation, or social service industries
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Must be able to speak clearly and loudly in emergency situations
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Ability to operate electronic devices proficiently
  • Valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months validity
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift heavy objects, and push beverage carts
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to pass FAA height and reach assessments

  • Ensure the highest levels of safety on board
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Adapt and respond to diverse customer-facing scenarios
  • Engage directly with customers to resolve issues with compassion and grace
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player
  • Fulfill reserve assignments on short notice and be willing to travel extensively
