Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older at time of application
- high school graduate or GED
- at least one year of customer service experience in the service industry
- ability to speak clearly, loudly enough to be heard in an emergency
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- must be able to read and speak Greek fluently
- ability to hear all types and ranges of sound
- ability to communicate effectively under high-stress situations
- professional appearance and grooming standards with uniform and tattoo guidelines
- ability to operate electronic devices
- possession of valid passport with at least 18 months of validity
- ability to travel globally without restrictions
- physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, reach, lift heavy objects, and push/pull beverage carts
- ability to pass functional reach assessment
- ability to sit in assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to complete evacuation drill
- pass DOT drug screening, background checks, fingerprinting, vision and hearing tests
- pass 10-year background check including criminal history
- meet FAA hearing and vision requirements
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older at time of application
- high school graduate or GED
- two or more years of college preferred
- at least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food, teaching, aviation, or social service
- ability to speak clearly and be heard in emergencies
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- must be able to read and speak Greek fluently
- professional appearance and excellent grooming
- proficient in operation of electronic devices
- valid passport with at least 18 months validity prior to its expiration
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- ability to meet FAA hearing and vision requirements
Job Duties
