Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older at time of application
- high school graduate or GED
- 2 or more years of college preferred
- at least one year of customer service experience
- must be able to speak in a clear, concise, and organized manner loudly enough to be heard in an emergency
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- must be able to read and speak German fluently
- ability to hear all types and ranges of sound
- ability to communicate in high-stress situations
- professional appearance and grooming
- willingness to follow uniform, hair, tattoo, and piercing guidelines
- tattoos not permitted on head, hands, or neck
- decorative covers or jewelry on teeth or in mouth not permitted
- ability to operate electronic devices for required tasks
- possession of a valid US or foreign passport with applicable visas
- ability to travel globally without restrictions
- ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, stretch, reach, lift heavy objects up to 250 lbs, and push/pull a beverage cart
- ability to pass functional reach assessment
- ability to sit in an assigned jump seat
- required to serve/sell food and beverages including alcohol
- legally authorized to work in the US
- willingness to work a flexible schedule
- able to complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- must meet FAA hearing and vision requirements
Job Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older at time of application
- high school graduate or GED
- two or more years of college preferred
- at least one year of customer service experience
- able to speak clearly and organized in emergencies
- fluent in English and German
- able to hear all types of sounds
- able to communicate in high-stress situations
- professional appearance and grooming
- willing to follow uniform, hair, tattoo, and piercing guidelines
- able to operate electronic devices proficiently
- possess a valid passport with at least 18 months validity
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- willing to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operation
