Job Requirements

must be legally authorized to work in the United States
ability to travel internationally without restrictions
ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, stretch, reach, lift heavy objects, and operate necessary equipment
ability to pass DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks
meet FAA hearing and vision standards
willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
no visible offensive tattoos or inappropriate adornments
must complete all training including evacuation drills and assessments

Job Qualifications

21 years of age or older at time of application
high school graduate or GED
two or more years of college preferred
at least one year of customer service experience in industries like retail, hospitality, food service, education, aviation, or social services
ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
ability to speak and read German fluently
ability to communicate clearly and loudly in emergencies
professional appearance and grooming standards
proficiency in operating electronic devices
possession of a valid U.S. or foreign passport with at least 18 months validity
