The Flight Attendant role with FSI based in Miami for the 2026 hiring classes offers candidates an exciting career path as ambassadors of safety, comfort, and hospitality aboard domestic and international charter flights operated by Atlas Air, Inc. Job Requirements
- must have at least a high school or general education development (ged) diploma
- two (2) years customer service experience or equivalent
- able to fluently read, speak, write, and understand the english language
- must be 21 years of age at the time of application
- currently possess a valid passport with the ability to travel without restriction to any country required by the airline customer
- able to obtain all visas and permits necessary to fly to any required country
- able to obtain all necessary immunizations required to fly to any country
- authorized to work in the united states
- able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check
- able to lift fifty (50) pounds from the floor to above the shoulders and push beverage carts weighing two-hundred and fifty (250) pounds or more on wheels
- able to reach overhead seventy (70) inches without shoes
- able to stand for extended periods with limited rest periods
- willing to relocate to miami, fl (mia)
- able to be away from home for up to 21 days in a row and able to work weekends and holidays
- able to effectively operate all onboard emergency exits and equipment
Job Qualifications
- must have at least a high school or general education development (ged) diploma

- successfully complete the in-flight training program including initial training and annual continuing education program
- vision corrected to 20/20
- two (2) years customer service experience or equivalent
- able to operate all onboard emergency exits and equipment
- able to lift fifty (50) pounds from the floor to above the shoulders and push beverage carts weighing two-hundred and fifty (250) pounds or more on wheels
- able to reach overhead seventy (70) inches without shoes
- able to stand for extended periods with limited rest periods
- able to be away from home for up to 21 days in a row and able to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prioritize the safety and comfort of all passengers
- demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliability by reporting for duty as scheduled
- maintain a high degree of technical competence and perform all functions in compliance with applicable rules and regulations
- utilize pre-flight time to assist guests boarding the aircraft and conduct safety and emergency exit briefings
- interact with guests in-flight to provide prescribed services such as meal and beverage delivery and continue to provide care and hospitality throughout the flight
