Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Possess valid passport and identification
- Willingness to relocate and work from assigned bases
- Clear communication skills
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide constant attention to passengers ensuring a safe and reliable onboard experience
- Greet passengers and assist in monitoring carry-on baggage while directing them to assigned seats
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and accommodating demeanor even during challenging situations or conflicts
- Maintain professional appearance and physical health standards
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and operate all onboard emergency equipment
- Clearly explain safety equipment use to passengers
- Serve beverages, snacks, and meals as applicable
- Assist passengers with storing carry-on luggage properly
- Inform passengers about Federal Aviation Regulations
- Assist in inflight medical emergencies and support passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors and those with impairments
- Adhere to company policies including the Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, Flight Attendant Manual, and Code Share Partner standards
