Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Possess valid passport and identification
  • Willingness to relocate and work from assigned bases
  • Clear communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations is an advantage
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide constant attention to passengers ensuring a safe and reliable onboard experience
  • Greet passengers and assist in monitoring carry-on baggage while directing them to assigned seats
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and accommodating demeanor even during challenging situations or conflicts
  • Maintain professional appearance and physical health standards
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and operate all onboard emergency equipment
  • Clearly explain safety equipment use to passengers
  • Serve beverages, snacks, and meals as applicable
  • Assist passengers with storing carry-on luggage properly
  • Inform passengers about Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Assist in inflight medical emergencies and support passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors and those with impairments
  • Adhere to company policies including the Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, Flight Attendant Manual, and Code Share Partner standards
