Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar role preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Physically able to meet the demands of the job including prolonged standing and lifting
  • Must have valid documentation to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a flight attendant or in customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Maintain the well-being, safety, security and comfort of passengers onboard the aircraft
  • Perform a variety of services in order to maintain a high level of excellent customer service
  • Be involved in all passenger interactions to answer questions, address concerns and sell products onboard
  • Prepare and secure doors and announce departure and arrival information to passengers
  • Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
