Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job including prolonged standing and lifting
- Must have valid documentation to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a flight attendant or in customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain the well-being, safety, security and comfort of passengers onboard the aircraft
- Perform a variety of services in order to maintain a high level of excellent customer service
- Be involved in all passenger interactions to answer questions, address concerns and sell products onboard
- Prepare and secure doors and announce departure and arrival information to passengers
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures
- Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
