Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possession of a current, valid U.S or foreign passport valid for at least 12 months following application date with applicable visas
- Height between 5'0 to 6'0 without shoes
- Physically able to walk frequently, bend below ankle level, reach above shoulder level, open heavy aircraft doors, push and pull heavy beverage carts, lift and transport items
- Corrected vision no worse than 20/40
- Normal or corrected hearing within 15-17kHZ
- Professional, neat, and clean appearance
- No extreme hairstyles or colors
- Single stud nose piercing 2mm or smaller allowed, two piercings per ear allowed, gauges must be plugged and not exceed 1/2 inch
- No facial, mouth, or tongue piercings permitted
- Visible tattoos allowed with size and location restrictions and must be covered if outside guidelines
- Must wear company-issued uniform and compliant face mask/covering as required
- Willing to work shifts up to 16 hours
- Meet physical size requirements for safe aircraft operation
- Must be able to perform emergency duties and tasks unassisted
- Must be willing to relocate to assigned domiciles after training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable utilizing basic functions of electronic devices and PEDs
- Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to travel frequently and spend lengthy periods alone without supervision
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to relocate to a designated airline domicile
Job Duties
- Ensure safety and comfort of customers onboard the aircraft
- Consistently contribute to a positive and productive work environment with employees and customers
- Efficiently prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, snacks, and sell onboard liquor and food
- Greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage stowage, and deliver onboard announcements
- Provide effective leadership, direction, and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations
- Calmly resolve passenger situations during flight, including disorderly passengers and medical emergencies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and safely operating aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment such as escape slides, fire extinguishers, portable oxygen bottles, and automatic external defibrillators (AED)
- Adhere to established procedures and performance standards without supervision
