Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- height between 5'0 and 6'0 without shoes
- fit into a jump seat harness and seat belt without modification
- valid passport with unrestricted legal travel rights
- meet entry and exit requirements for Canada including no criminal history past five years
- ability to communicate clearly
- able to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips
- ability to push, pull, twist, turn, and lift various weights
- maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform standards
- legal right to work in the US
- valid REAL ID-compliant state driver's license or passport
- fluent in English
- access to reliable broadband internet and compatible device
Job Qualifications

- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- height between 5'0 and 6'0 without shoes
- ability to fit into a jump seat harness and seat belt without modification
- valid passport with legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries served by Envoy
- meet requirements to enter and exit Canada including no criminal history within the last five years
- demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- willingness and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and trips lasting up to four consecutive overnights
- ability to push, pull, twist, turn, and lift equipment, carts, and doors of various weights
- maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and comply with uniform standards
- legal right to work in the United States
- valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license or passport
- ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
- access to reliable high speed internet and computer or device capable of downloading Microsoft Office Suite
- one year hospitality experience preferred
- previous work experience in face-to-face, public contact roles preferred
- college degree preferred
Job Duties
- Greet, direct, and assist passengers
- provide public announcements
- ensure passenger compliance with all safety requirements and federal regulations
- ensure the safety and comfort of passengers
- demonstrate leadership, confidence, and professionalism during passenger inquiries, operational changes, and emergencies
- provide clear and calm instructions during emergencies
- assist passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors
- effectively diffuse challenging situations involving disorderly, intoxicated, and irate passengers
- care for and assist ill, injured, and incapacitated passengers and administer first aid as needed
- carry out duties in confined spaces of aircraft aisles and galleys
- adapt to frequent changes in the work environment such as flight schedules and weather conditions
- complete responsibilities timely to contribute to on-time departures and arrivals
