Job Requirements
- Candidate height not exceed 5'11.5" without shoes
- Ability to reach minimum of 6'3" overhead without shoes
- Ability to sit in assigned jumpseat with seatbelt and shoulder harness without extension
- Ability to open emergency exits and close doors weighing up to 45 pounds
- Ability to push/pull beverage carts requiring 32 pounds of force
- Ability to hear and respond in noisy environments
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, twist and work in confined spaces
- Sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to reach into overhead bins
- Manage potential allergens such as nuts, perfumes and cleaning solvents
- Serve alcoholic beverages and meals containing beef, pork and seafood
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to report to work at assigned base within 2 hours (2.5 hours for NYC bases)
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent

- Fluency in English
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Valid passport and travel documents
- Compliance with FAA regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Maintain high personal decorum and professional appearance
- Compliance with Flight Attendant style requirements
- No hand or finger tattoos
- Ability to cover non-hand/finger tattoos
- Limited piercings as specified
- Successful completion of 4 weeks initial training and initial operating experience
- Familiarity with handheld mobile devices
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing excellent service
- Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure at all times
- Perform work according to established standards, laws, and FAA regulations
- Respond effectively during emergencies and provide medical assistance such as CPR and first aid
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and process payments
- Assist customers with lifting and stowing luggage and provide special assistance to individuals in need
- Communicate clearly through PA announcements, safety demonstrations, and timely updates
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety guidance
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks
- Manage exposure to allergens and confined spaces
- Maintain professional appearance and style compliance
- Manage time effectively to meet punctuality and scheduling changes
- Utilize computer programs and handheld devices for communication and task completion
- Complete paperwork and reports regarding incidents or discrepancies
