Job Requirements
- Must have at least a high school or GED diploma
- Able to fluently read, speak, write, and understand English
- Successfully complete FAA-approved In-Flight Training Program
- Vision corrected to 20/20
- Minimum two years customer service experience or equivalent
- Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX (IAH) or Miami, FL (MIA)
- Able to operate onboard emergency exits and equipment
- Able to lift 50 pounds and push beverage carts weighing 250 pounds
- Able to reach overhead 70 inches without shoes
- Able to stand for extended periods with limited rest
- Able to be away from home for up to 21 days consecutively
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Possess valid passport with unrestricted travel ability
- Able to obtain all required visas, permits, and immunizations
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass 10-year background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal records check
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school or General Education Development (GED) diploma
- Fluent in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English
- Successful completion of the In-Flight Training Program including Initial Training and Annual Continuing Education Program
- Vision corrected to 20/20
- Minimum of two years customer service experience or equivalent
- Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX (IAH) or Miami, FL (MIA)
- Ability to effectively operate onboard emergency exits and equipment
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds from floor to above shoulders and push beverage carts weighing 250 pounds or more
- Ability to reach overhead 70 inches without shoes
- Ability to stand for extended periods with limited rest
- Willingness to be away from home for up to 21 days consecutively and work weekends and holidays
- Valid passport with unrestricted travel ability
- Ability to obtain all necessary visas, permits, and immunizations
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age at application
Job Duties
- Show up reliably on-time ready to work
- Maintain high degree of technical competence and compliance with all rules and regulations
- Assist guests boarding the aircraft and conduct safety and emergency exit briefings during pre-flight
- Interact with guests throughout the flight to provide services and hospitality
- Continue providing care and hospitality after any food or beverage service
- Operate all onboard emergency exits and equipment effectively
- Uphold safety standards and create an exceptional guest experience
