Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs when loading and stocking the aircraft
  • Capable of long periods of standing
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and extended travel
  • Availability for ground duty days in San Jose and meetings in Burbank
  • Must pass background check
  • Experience with purchasing and provisioning aircraft stock
  • Ability to work within a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • FAA-certified training in flight safety
  • Professional training in cabin and passenger safety
  • Experience in aircraft emergency evacuation procedures
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate under Freedom and Responsibility culture

Job Duties

  • Maintain and provision the San Jose Stockroom
  • Support G550 trips as needed
  • Represent Netflix Aviation professionally at all times
  • Perform pre-flight inspections of cabin, galley, and cockpit emergency equipment
  • Brief safety and emergency procedures to passengers before each flight
  • Ensure the cabin is secure prior to taxi, takeoff, and landing
  • Report to the Flight Attendant Manager and cooperate with the Pilot in Command during trips
