The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work well under stress, think quickly during emergencies, and handle a variety of situations such as medical events, turbulence, passenger disturbances, and security threats. Flight Attendants may need to accommodate customers’ special needs or disabilities and work within a culturally diverse atmosphere. The position demands flexibility with travel schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight stays, with travel requirements up to 100% of the time.
Candidates must meet specific physical requirements to ensure safety and operational capability, including the ability to sit securely in jump seats using seatbelts and shoulder harnesses without modifications, and having a wingspan that allows for safe operation of all necessary equipment. Additional personal appearance guidelines pertain to tattoo visibility and the presence of multiple piercings while in uniform.
The company values diversity and inclusivity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing accommodations for disabilities and veterans. This role is essential to the company’s mission of delivering safe and high-quality air travel experiences, making it a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to customer service, safety, and professionalism within the aviation industry.
