Job Requirements
- Must have at least a high school or General Educational Development diploma
- able to fluently read, speak, write, and understand the English language
- successfully complete the In-Flight Training Program including initial training and annual continuing education
- vision corrected to 20/20
- two years customer service experience or equivalent
- willing to relocate to Houston, TX (IAH), or Miami, FL (MIA)
- able to effectively operate all onboard emergency exits and equipment
- able to lift 50 pounds from floor to above shoulders and push beverage carts weighing 250 pounds or more on wheels
- able to reach overhead 70 inches without shoes subject to specific airplane specification
- able to stand for extended periods with limited rest periods
- able to be away from home up to 21 days in a row and work weekends and holidays
- currently possess a valid passport with the ability to travel without restriction to any required country
- able to obtain all visas, permits, and necessary immunizations required for travel
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to pass a 10-year background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check
- must be 21 years of age at the time of application
Job Qualifications
- High school or General Educational Development diploma
- fluent reading, speaking, writing, and understanding of the English language

- vision corrected to 20/20
- minimum two years customer service experience or equivalent
- willingness to relocate to Houston, TX (IAH) or Miami, FL (MIA)
- effective operation of onboard emergency exits and equipment
- ability to lift fifty pounds from floor to above shoulders and push beverage carts of 250 pounds
- able to reach overhead seventy inches without shoes
- ability to stand for extended periods with limited rest
- able to be away from home up to 21 days consecutively and work weekends and holidays
- possession of valid passport without travel restrictions
- ability to obtain visas, permits, and immunizations required for travel
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to pass a 10-year background check, drug test, and criminal history check
- minimum age of 21 at time of application
Job Duties
- Show up reliably and on time ready to work
- maintain a high degree of technical competence and perform all functions in compliance with rules and regulations
- assist guests boarding the aircraft during pre-flight time
- conduct safety and emergency exit briefings
- interact with guests during in-flight time to accomplish prescribed services
- provide care and hospitality after food and beverage service
- create an exceptional experience for every guest
