Job Duties
- Ensure smooth operations and service by communicating with team members, property management, and residents or guests
- Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring timely delivery to residents
- Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures as well as realtor, potential homebuyer, or renter visits
- Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations established by management
- Follow all procedures related to resident, guest, and vendor access
- Promptly answer and complete resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns
- Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the supplied uniform
