Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce or strategy
- demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills
- proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- commitment to maintaining high-quality user experience
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, analytics, hospitality, economics, or related discipline
- 5+ years experience in digital commerce, digital strategy, performance optimization, or commercial strategy within a matrixed organization
- ability to use data to diagnose business performance issues and translate findings into prioritized actions
- strong cross-functional leadership skills
- excellent communication and executive-ready storytelling
- experience with segment-level performance playbooks
- familiarity with digital product operating models such as agile or safe
- strong knowledge of digital funnel metrics and experimentation approaches
Job Duties
- diagnose performance challenges and identify scalable opportunities
- build integrated, data-driven recovery plans with commercial partners
- influence digital roadmap prioritization and drive execution
- serve as digital’s strategic advisor within Marriott’s commercial strategy
- partner with analytics and performance teams to identify trends and performance gaps
- establish repeatable segment health monitoring to anticipate issues
- present performance narratives and action plans to leadership
