The company is currently seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of FLEX Senior Manager, Digital Commercial Strategy & Performance. This is a full-time, temporary management position based at Marriott International’s headquarters with a hybrid work schedule, requiring 1-3 days onsite in Bethesda. The FLEX Senior Manager, Digital Commercial Strategy & Performance, plays a pivotal role in driving Marriott’s digital commercial initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage a scalable, data-driven methodology to identify and address business opportunities across diverse digital product segments, including those that are underperforming, emerging, or at risk. By closely collaborating with teams from analytics, digital product development, user experience (UX), sales, marketing, revenue management, and hotel ownership, the manager ensures alignment on priorities and execution strategies that maximize commercial outcomes. This role is instrumental in diagnosing complex performance challenges through data analytics, developing actionable recovery plans, and influencing digital roadmaps to enhance the guest experience while optimizing conversion rates and revenue metrics.

In this capacity, the FLEX Senior Manager acts as a strategic advisor within Marriott’s Commercial Strategy group, delivering executive-level communication and storytelling that motivate and enable cross-functional teams to achieve shared performance goals.   • experience with segment-level performance playbooks
  • familiarity with digital product operating models such as agile or safe
  • strong knowledge of digital funnel metrics and experimentation approaches
