Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Hold a Florida Class D license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills

- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Must have Florida Class D driver’s license
- Ability to pass extensive background screening
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Verify identities and manage access control
- Perform regular security patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect and report on security equipment maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to incidents and provide first aid as required
- Coordinate with emergency response teams during incidents
- Answer questions in person and by phone
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property at the site
