GardaWorld Security Services is currently hiring Response Security Officers to join their team in Lakeland, FL. This role is designed for individuals ready to take on dynamic and varied responsibilities, adapting seamlessly from one assignment to the next. As a Response Security Officer, also referred to as a Flex Security Ambassador, you will be an essential part of the security operations, ensuring the safety of clients, customers, and property through vigilant monitoring, patrols, and rapid response to incidents. This casual, flexible position allows officers to select shifts based on current schedule openings, offering both work-life balance and competitive compensation.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $16.46 to $17.00, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees, offering convenient access to earned wages.
