The Director of New Brands Support for the US and Canada is a critical management position within Marriott International's Commercial Growth pod. This full-time temporary role offers an hourly pay range of $57.16 to $84.47 and is responsible for driving the successful integration and ongoing support of new brand portfolios into Marriott's revenue management systems and business processes. The director works closely with the Senior Director of Commercial Performance and cross-functional teams to identify and close performance gaps by executing targeted revenue management strategies that optimize topline results. This leadership role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in various revenue management systems such as HPP, Amadeus CRS, and One Yield. The director provides execution leadership and prioritization to support Marriott's forward growth strategy in the US and Canada, ensuring seamless system transitions and business-as-usual operations for new brands. Key responsibilities include collaborating with brand revenue teams, delivering training and certification workshops, auditing systems for accuracy, and maintaining strong partnership with analytics teams to monitor and improve performance. Additionally, the role entails direct people leadership, including coaching and developing team members, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of key objectives. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management or related role

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Participate in weekly project and Revenue Management workstream calls
  • communicate directly with new brand revenue teams to understand structures and capabilities
  • provide reactive day-to-day support during training weeks
  • partner on webinar delivery, workshops, and certification preparation as needed
  • provide solutions and support
  • coordinate training preparation and communicate new brand needs
  • serve as an HPP, Amadeus CRS and One Yield subject matter expert for the Commercial Growth Pod
  • understand Demand Generation needs and offer solutions specific to new brands
  • conduct daily check-ins with revenue teams when necessary
  • audit all Revenue Management systems for completion and accuracy
  • identify pricing opportunities and execute implementation
  • monitor performance in partnership with analytics teams
  • execute transition to sustainment processes and route issues appropriately
  • provide direct leadership to at least one direct report
  • set priorities, assign work, and ensure timely execution of responsibilities
  • coach and develop team members supporting New Brands Field Support
