The company prides itself on cultivating a vibrant work culture where employees genuinely love their jobs, which in turn enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, Pack Auto Group is dedicated to providing a best-in-class customer experience, consistently achieving top rankings in customer service, employee satisfaction, and owner loyalty. This long-standing organization places a strong emphasis on both employee development and customer engagement, fostering a work environment that encourages continuous learning and personal growth.
The role of the New Vehicle Lot Attendant at Pack Auto Group is integral to maintaining the high standards that the company upholds in vehicle presentation and lot organization. This full-time position involves hands-on responsibilities to ensure the new vehicle inventory is not only visually appealing but also in peak operational condition for customers. The attendant will be tasked with cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing essential fluids, and placing buyer guides and stock tags on vehicles. Organized lot presentation is a key focus, requiring the attendant to keep all new vehicle lots neat and orderly by moving vehicles as directed and in compliance with dealership display standards. In addition, routine tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, and vacuuming debris, as well as managing scrap removal, ensure the lot remains safe and welcoming. Working closely with dealership management, the operator of this role contributes to the overall customer buying experience by presenting vehicles in their best possible condition and ensuring the lot upholds Pack Auto Group’s premium reputation.
This role is well suited for individuals who bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess one to two years of related experience or training. A valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance are essential due to the vehicle movement responsibilities. Moreover, candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment, ensuring compliance with the company’s safety and legal standards.
Working at Pack Auto Group comes with numerous benefits reflective of the company’s commitment to the well-being of its employees. These include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance programs, long- and short-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan to support financial security. Life insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance further bolster the protection offered to employees and their families. Paid vacation for full-time employees promotes balance and wellness, while employee discounts on cars, parts, and service encourage engagement with the company’s core products. The company also fosters a drug-free work environment and promotes a positive culture with perks such as Saturday lunches. Overall, this position offers stability, growth opportunities, and a workplace environment where employees feel valued and supported, making it an excellent career opportunity for motivated individuals in the automotive industry.
