Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred college degree in supply chain, operations management, logistics, or business administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational or management support roles
- Preferably experienced in transportation and distribution dispatching
- Experience coordinating commercial truck fleet maintenance preferred
- Experience with remote monitoring software preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail to confirm system data
- Ability to learn and utilize SAP order management and transportation
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Commitment to Airgas safety programs and OSHA requirements
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Forecast product deliveries accurately
- Plan and schedule trips to maximize efficiency
- Process customer requests and maintain detailed product records
- Ensure compliance with Airgas Standard Operating Procedures
- Communicate effectively with production, distribution, and sales teams
- Verify and adjust delivery schedules using system data
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, maintenance, and service personnel
- Manage and resolve diverse internal and external customer issues
- Support adherence to DOT rules and promote safety culture
- Perform additional related duties as required
