Job Requirements

  • Commercial airplane single engine land (C-ASEL or C-AMEL) certificate
  • Willingness to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment
  • Valid and unexpired driver's license
  • Current FAA Class I or II medical certificate
  • Minimum 2,500 total flight hours
  • Minimum 2,000 fixed wing hours
  • Minimum 1,000 PIC hours
  • Minimum 500 multi-engine hours
  • Minimum 500 cross country hours
  • Minimum 100 night hours
  • Minimum 75 instrument hours with at least 50 actual instrument hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 100 night flight hours
  • At least 75 instrument hours including 50 actual instrument flight hours

Job Duties

  • Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches according to manuals, FAR and company requirements, including aircraft cleanliness
  • Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
  • Provide shift change information to transitioning pilot and team, following protocols for recording company change boards
  • Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing ground and air training
  • Perform preflight preparations including assisting with towing, deicing, and maneuvering aircraft as needed
