The company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering community, and supporting travelers who enjoy RVing and outdoor recreational activities. Known for its comprehensive product offerings and top-tier service, Camping World continually expands its footprint and enhances its operational capabilities to meet growing customer demand.

The Fixed Operations Director role at Camping World plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the performance of the Service Center. As part of the leadership team, this position holds responsibility for driving both customer satisfaction and profitability. The Fixed Operations Director will support the Service Manager(s) by overseeing daily operations, ensuring that service delivery meets high standards, and that the team operates efficiently and effectively. This leadership role involves managing multiple departments within fixed operations, including Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers. The director will employ strategies to control labor costs, increase sales and gross profit, and handle P&L management to achieve or exceed monthly budget goals.

Further, this role is essential in building and maintaining a high-performing team through best hiring practices and continuous associate development. Emphasis is placed on fostering an inclusive and engaging culture that prioritizes employee retention, customer satisfaction, and community involvement. The Fixed Operations Director will also manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring smooth operational workflows and resource availability. Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment is another critical component of this position.

This is a full-time, commission-based role with a competitive total annual compensation range estimated between $95,000 and $145,000 or more, depending on skill sets, experience, and other factors. Alongside base compensation, uncapped commissions incentivize performance and profitability. Employees receive a robust benefits package including paid time off, 401(k), medical, dental, vision coverage, paid parental leave, and educational reimbursement opportunities. The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and diversity, fostering an equitable workplace free from discrimination. The Fixed Operations Director role offers a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity for an experienced leader passionate about customer service, team development, and operational excellence in the RV or related service industries.
