Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with diverse populations
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems such as Outlook, Teams, and databases
- Professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Greet and check in members, creating a welcoming and positive environment
- Provide accurate information about programs, services, and class schedules
- Answer phones and respond to member inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Promote and sell memberships, including providing tours to prospective members
- Process memberships and maintain accurate member records
- Support day-to-day operations of the Fitness Zone, including organization and cleanliness
- Assist with scheduling and program coordination as needed
