The role of the Fitness Club Receptionist at Planet Fitness is both vital and dynamic. Serving as the first point of contact for members, guests, and prospective members, the receptionist plays a key role in fostering an exceptional "Judgement Free" experience each time someone walks through the club doors. The Fitness Club Receptionist will also be actively involved in operational duties like cleaning and sanitizing gym equipment and shared spaces, ensuring restrooms are hygienic and tidy, and conducting facility walkthroughs to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
