The Fitness Club Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for members and guests. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every visitor, reflecting the welcoming and judgement-free spirit of Planet Fitness. Receptionists handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks, promoting the brand’s values and responding to member needs with attentiveness and professionalism.
