Our Manhattan, New York-based fitness center, operating under this high-profile company, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist who embodies professionalism, friendliness, and reliability. This role is pivotal to creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they enter the facility. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact and a key facilitator for members’ inquiries, concerns, and overall satisfaction. Beyond greeting guests, the role involves managing front desk administrative responsibilities, handling payments and account inquiries, monitoring facility cleanliness, and managing inventory of supplies and retail products.

Candidates applying for this position should have strong customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to network and engage effectively with a diverse clientele. Competency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and various web-based platforms is essential. Depending on the location, candidates may also be required to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, with reimbursement provided by the company as per policy. Job Requirements
