Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of total documented flight time
- Current First Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Minimum of 500 hours of fixed wing turbine time
- Possession or ability to obtain a current passport with unlimited access in and out of the United States
- Ability to travel immediately and repeatedly to any Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines destination
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument-Airplane rating
- Aeronautical experience meeting ATP requirements per 14 CFR section 61.159
- Current ATP written exam
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid US state or territory driver's license
- Willingness to domicile in Seattle, WA
- Los Angeles, CA
- Anchorage, AK
- Portland, OR
- San Francisco, CA
- Honolulu, HI
- or Cincinnati, OH
- Excellent judgment and leadership skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Minimum age of 23 years
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of documented flight time
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument-Airplane rating
- Current First Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license issued by a US state or territory
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and appearance
- Knowledge of all aspects of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Aeronautical Information Manual
- Ability to use sound judgment in decision making
- Minimum age of 23 years
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred four-year degree from an accredited university
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- Minimum of 500 hours of fixed wing turbine time
- 500 hours of multi-engine airplane time
- Minimum of 50 hours of flight time in the last 12 months
- Experience in turbojet or turboprop aircraft in complex flying environments
- 500 hours of turbine pilot-in-command time
Job Duties
- Perform as Second in Command in the transport of passengers, mail, and freight for commercial purposes
- Comply with Federal Aviation Regulations, company flight procedures, and policies to ensure safe flights
- Conduct business in a professional manner and demeanor at all times
- Operate company aircraft adhering to qualification standards and flight manual procedures
- Communicate effectively with all required agencies and personnel following company communication practices
- Maintain thorough knowledge of airline transport pilot certificate requirements and applicable FAA regulations
- Demonstrate excellent judgment and leadership in all aspects of flight operations
- Maintain composure under pressure and make sound decisions swiftly
