- ability to follow detailed instructions
- physical ability to perform cooking tasks

Job Duties
- assemble trays according to prescribed diets in a timely manner
- prepare food items according to standard production orders and recipes
- complete frozen food production orders
- process diet orders and menus and run required reports from nutrition software
- prepare food inventory and requisitions accurately
- follow guidelines for proper storage of food and supplies
- operate, sanitize, and maintain cooking equipment
- ensure cleaning and dishwashing procedures are correctly performed
- comply with policies and adapt to changes in the unit
- cooperate with team members and leadership
