Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety in food handling
- Food Safety Certification within 6 months of hire
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and food preparation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with food preparation equipment and utensils
Job Qualifications

- 1 year of trade school or vocational schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Oversees and supports the preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals
- Ensures department goals and objectives are met
- Follows standardized recipes, daily production charts, and instructions
- Ensures food quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness
- Adheres to HACCP procedures
- Uses standard food preparation equipment and utensils appropriately
- Maintains sanitation and safety standards in food handling
