The Front Crew will be responsible for order taking through multiple channels such as phone, walk-ins, and drive-thru, alongside performing basic food preparation tasks like making salads and boxing orders. This is an entry-level role designed for those eager to learn quickly, with an expected training time of about one week to get up to speed efficiently.
The Front Leader role elevates responsibilities by involving training new Front Crew members and handling common customer disputes with tact and friendliness. This position also assumes the crucial task of closing the store when management is not present, ensuring all closing procedures and POS shutdowns are completed accurately. Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation are essential.
On the kitchen side, the Kitchen Crew helps execute the shift by focusing initially on specialized roles such as dough slapping or oven catching. This hands-on role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to learn the menu quickly to prepare orders efficiently. The Kitchen Leader serves as a mentor and a key leader within the kitchen, stepping in as acting Kitchen Manager when necessary. This person must guarantee that all orders go out flawlessly and that the kitchen staff maintain their stations, fostering a culture of teamwork and productivity.
Lastly, the Delivery Driver position is integral to the restaurant's connection with the community. Drivers are recognized for their friendly demeanor and reliability, ensuring successful order deliveries to customers' doors. This role also supports in-store duties such as trash management, parking lot maintenance, dishwashing, and assisting with oven tasks. Job Requirements
- minimum age 16 years
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- valid driver’s license and insurance for delivery drivers
- food handler certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior hospitality or food service experience helpful
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to train and lead team members effectively
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
