Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- basic computer skills including email and electronic time-clocks
- minimum 1 year server experience
- Tulsa County Food Handler's Card
- liquor license from the Able Commission for front of house
- ability to pass background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks
- 1 year server experience required
- knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements preferred
- Tulsa County Food Handler's Card required
- liquor license from the Able Commission required for front of house positions
- ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license
Job Duties
- Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests during service
- responsible for receiving beverage and food orders from guests
- responsible for prompt delivery of beverage and food orders
- assist all guests as needed
- assist bussing staff by pre-bussing guests' tables
- responsible for keeping work areas and tables clean at all times
- stay informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions
- comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance
- react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
- process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- additional duties as required or assigned
