The role in focus is integral to the manufacturing process, demanding a fast-paced, quality-focused, and detail-oriented feeder operator who plays an essential part in ensuring smooth machine operations and maintaining high standards of product quality. The feeder is responsible for loading machines efficiently to keep production continuous, preventing jams, and closely inspecting cartons to guarantee customer specifications are met. This position requires hands-on involvement in quality checks, identifying defects, damaged cartons, and ensuring the accurate feeding by die position. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, have exceptional communication and organizational abilities, and demonstrate motivation in driving performance at high levels.

This role works closely with machine operators and the management team to resolve issues and enhance production quality. Responsibilities also extend to safety vigilance, reporting unsafe conditions promptly, and assisting during machine downtimes for cleanup and operational resolutions.
