- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Able to work most stations of the kitchen

Job Duties
- Produce consistent high-quality dishes to meet and exceed guest needs
- Monitor food production and ensure quality and consistency
- Manage staffing levels in the kitchen
- Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff
- Operate various kitchen stations efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Step in to give direction in the absence of the Sous Chef
