Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant culinary experience
  • proficiency in live fire cooking techniques
  • deep understanding and appreciation of Texas and Gulf Coast culinary traditions
  • food handler's certification as required by local health authorities
  • knowledge of Harris County sanitation regulations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with both back of house and front of house teams
  • demonstrated experience in staff training and development
  • capability to manage food costs and optimize labor
  • stable employment history and professional demeanor
