  • 3+ years as a Sous Chef in a high volume fine dining or steak house environment
  • Ability to manage a kitchen team with professionalism and integrity
  • Skilled at coordinating with front of house team
  • Capable of working the line during busy service times
  • Ensuring consistent heat and productivity of the live fire grill
  • Presentable guest facing table side manner

Job Qualifications

  • High Volume Live Fire Grill experience
  • 3+ years as a Sous Chef in a high volume fine dining or steak house environment
  • Experience managing kitchen teams
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to coordinate with front of house staff
