The restaurant is currently seeking a Fine Dining Server who embodies energy, hospitality, and professionalism. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized workstation adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols. Professionalism in grooming and demeanor must be upheld consistently to reflect the luxurious image of the establishment. Working shifts include day, evening, night, holidays, and flexible hours, with compensation at $2.13 per hour plus tips. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fine dining server in a high-end restaurant
- Available to work 20-30 hours per scheduled week
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining service procedures, including proper table setting, wine service, and menu presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for food, beverages, and delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess a professional demeanor, maintaining composure and grace under pressure
- Must adhere to dress code and grooming standards
