Job Description
Join our prestigious fine dining restaurant as a Head Server, leading our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee waitstaff, ensure seamless service, manage reservations, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train waitstaff to maintain impeccable service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements using POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of serving experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and reservation software.
- ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred.
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing is mandatory.
