Fine Dining Server

Join our prestigious fine dining restaurant as a Head Server, leading our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee waitstaff, ensure seamless service, manage reservations, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train waitstaff to maintain impeccable service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements using POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of serving experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and reservation software.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing is mandatory.
